The Intec ColorCut FB575 flatbed cutter is our entry-level model, featuring the same striking design DNA as the rest of the new generation 75 series.
This is a high-specification B3 cutting table device with a compact footprint.
The cutting table accommodates up to one SRA3 (Tabloid Plus) sheet and is targeted for light production work.
Cut and crease almost any printed promotional item – and also, to absolutely any shape! The cutter comes complete with purpose-built stand, two cutting mats, dual tool head (which delivers upto 1kg of force), mountable cutting, creasing and calibration tools, a selection of cutting blades, large immersive touch screen control panel, powerful 400W vacuum fan and optional silencer.

The FB575 inherits the same striking design DNA as the others in the 75 series of flatbed cutters. Easily handles sheets up to B3 (350mm x 520mm), with a maximum effective contour cutting area of up to 330 x 488mm, ideal for cutting B3 sheets from inkjet or printing press applications. The dual tool cutting head delivers up to 960gf pressure for cutting and creasing.

Software connectivity
ColorCut Pro – (Plug-in) ColorCut Pro Client (supplied) is a plugin for Adobe® Illustrator® (Mac or PC) & CorelDRAW® (PC only) (requires either app). Automatically adds cut registration targets (PageMARKs), BarCodes/QR Codes and Job numbers to the cut files. Then creates the cut files and sends cut files to the ColorCut Pro Job library.

Registration system: IR optical sensor reads Bar Codes for instant job retrieval, also accurately reads registration marks, corrects linear, scale, skew and rotational/angular positional differences adapting the cut file as required.

ColorCut Pro Production Studio
ColorCut Pro is a stand-alone application with a plugin, that can be installed on remote computers anywhere within the workflow environment, to perform contour cutting of paper card and synthetics. Intec supplies this with all ColorCut models to offer a complete turnkey solution.
For creatives the application plug in enables artworkers to generate Bar coded cut files with associated job numbers, as an integral part of their design, for instant job recognition and file retrieval.
For print finishers the ColorCut Job Library enables users to retrieve previously prepared cut files into their workflow, without the need to launch Adobe® Illustrator® or CorelDRAW®. This is typically used in a production environment, remote from the design studio.

This software reads vector artwork lines via the IR sensor, which retrieves the associated cutline from the Server’s Job Library. SmartMarks ensure accurate registration to the printed sheets. This software gives the user sophisticated control over the entire cutting and creasing process – even enabling cut line modifications to be made on the fly.
