The dual tool head houses the active tangential creasing tool and passive cutting tool allowing you to cut and crease in one simple operation. Applying a creasing force of 2.5kg the tangential creasing wheel provides smoother more defined creases for high-quality applications. The versatile passive blade can produce a range of actions including cut, tab, kiss cut, perforation and scoring. This combination of tools provides for a wider range of media handling.

ColorCut Pro Production Studio
ColorCut Pro is a stand-alone application with a plugin, that can be installed on remote computers anywhere within the workflow environment, to perform contour cutting of paper card and synthetics. Intec supplies this with all ColorCut models to offer a complete turnkey solution.
For creatives the application enables artworkers to generate barcoded or QR coded cut files with associated job numbers, as an integral part of their design, for instant job recognition and file retrieval.
For print finishers the ColorCut Job Library enables users to retrieve previously prepared cut files into their workflow, without the need to launch Adobe® illustrator® or CorelDRAW®. This is typically used in a production environment, remote from the design studio.
What does ‘AUTOMATED’ actually mean?
Good question: Because the FB9500Pro-T is a digital cutting table, coupled with an auto-feeding stacking unit, the complete process can be set up to run automatically, without an operator in attendance.
So, how does the automation deal with MIXED JOBS?
The FB9500Pro-T would be perfect for this type of work. Owing to the sophistication of the software supplied with the cutting device, the cutter can easily handle a stack of mixed jobs. The Vision3 CCD video camera reads the QR code on every single sheet it is presented with and instantly retrieves the cut file associated with that job. This is seamless and takes no time at all – even if sheets happen to be placed into the stacker at 180°
Will this machine CREASE card as well as cut it?
Absolutely! The dual tool head carries both a cutting and a tangential wheel creasing tool, which can apply up to a class-leading 2.5kg of force. Via the supplied ColorCut Pro software, the FFB9500Pro-T can be set to cut, crease, perforate and score any shape required – each with varying degrees of force and speed. Furthermore, these tasks can be set to perform in the user’s preferred running order.
Does the FB9500Pro-T KISS-CUT labels as well as cut-through card?
Yes, the FB9500Pro-T can produce superb kiss-cutting for sheet labels, and this is a significant benefit of this automated packaging and P.O.S. cutting machine. However, you might be more interested in the ColorCut LC330/LC600/LC700, which are dedicated sheet label cutters, designed specifically for this purpose.
How easy is the FB9500Pro-T to use?
